To help young people improve their communication skills to deal with public speaking situations through storytelling
The project that we developed together with Exit Foundation consisted of developing a dynamic training session divided into two parts: a theoretical session to explain to the young people the storytelling technique and keys to improve their communication skills, and a practical session to apply what they had learned and face a public presentation situation in situ.
The project counted on the participation of 6 volunteers from the office in Barcelona, who took on the role of mentors to help the different groups prepare for the practical part. For their part, the young participants showed their motivation and eagerness to learn throughout the session, and were very satisfied with the result at the end of the day.

We worked with them on how to construct powerful messages and how to explain their strengths to talent managers, competition judges and even family members!
