The foundation joins the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI) in its commitment to generate value for society. It joins forces with other actors in the sector to amplify its impact and reach.
This alliance with the leading institution in the promotion of social responsibility and philanthropy in Mexico strengthens the Foundation’s social impact in the country. It will be part of its network of institutions, which total more than 1,500 members (foundations, civil associations, governmental entities and companies) that walk together for the same goal: to promote social responsibility and citizen engagement.
“We are excited to join forces with CEMEFI in this initiative that combines the social commitment of Fundación José Antonio Llorente with CEMEFI’s experience and influence in promoting social responsibility,” said Maurició Carrandi, General Director of LLYC Mexico and representative of Fundación José Antonio Llorente in the country. “This alliance will allow us to amplify our impact and create positive and lasting change in the communities we serve.”
Through the combination of resources, expertise and networks, both organizations will work to generate sustainable and positive social impact in key areas such as education, equity and community development.
The expertise of the Foundation’s volunteers and their experience in social projects, coupled with CEMEFI’s track record in social responsibility and philanthropy, will enable the development of innovative and creative solutions to address the current challenges facing Mexican society.
