Training young educators through the “Aula GO” project

Objective

Equipping young individuals with communication and public speaking skills to help them reach their full potential.

Solution

Aula GO” is an initiative by Fundación SM that offers Ibero-American youth educators aged 18 to 25 the chance to reimagine teaching by designing innovative learning environments tailored to the challenges of global citizenship.

The project involved a challenge where aspiring educators submitted proposals to Fundación SM. Winners were granted access to specialized training and hands-on experiences at an educational center in Madrid to bring their ideas to life. This initiative had an international scope, targeting Spanish-speaking countries.

Our involvement in “Aula GO” aligns with the commitment of the José Antonio Llorente Foundation to promote education and equip young people with the tools and resources they need to achieve their highest potential.

Volunteers from our Madrid, Argentina, and Panama offices held mentoring sessions with each participant, addressing their questions and offering personalized feedback to refine their communication skills as they defended their projects.

“Aula GO” was a project defined by the enthusiasm of young individuals deeply motivated to drive change in education. Thanks to the remarkable efforts of Fundación SM, we were honored to be a part of this inspiring initiative.

Impact

We trained 18 young people from 9 countries in effective communication and public speaking through a masterclass focused on creating well-structured presentations for their educational proposals.
