When I Grow Up, I Want to Be Like YOU

Guiding students in the “When I Grow Up, I Want to Be Like YOU” program.
Solution
LLYC Foundation joined the “What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up?” program from Soñar Despierto with the project “When I Grow Up, I Want to Be Like YOU.” Through this program, LLYC volunteers acted as intermediaries between companies and underprivileged students, offering scholarships that allowed them to access vocational training or university. Once this initial step was achieved, volunteers focused on mentoring, guiding, and supporting the students throughout their academic journey.
I want to study to become a nursing assistant. Why? Because in the future, I want to be an international volunteer. I work hard for my studies and for everything. And I want to achieve it. I like to dream. Not dream when I’m sleeping, but imagine.
