The Foundation bids farewell to 2024 with hope in the air
Objective
Bringing joy and motivation to young people at risk of exclusion through recreational activities that stimulate their creativity and build their confidence.
Solution
To close 2024, we have launched at Fundación José Antonio Llorente, the traditional year-end initiative, but this time focused on our mission and the legacy of our founder.
We have taken advantage of this special time to be close to young people in vulnerable situations, bringing them joy and motivation through recreational activities that stimulate their creativity and strengthen their confidence, a way for them to take a break from their daily routine.
Thanks to various activities designed to foster personal development and well-being, 251 volunteers have joined 11 associations, making a positive impact on the lives of more than 500 young people at risk of exclusion. Together, we have shared unforgettable experiences and created connections that transcend.
When the LLYC team comes together, here’s what happens:
Buenos Aires
The entire Argentina office joined the initiative in partnership with Amigos en la Calle, which helps families living on the streets, to give them gifts and join them for a New Year’s Eve dinner.

27 young people from the Capacis Foundation enjoyed a visit to the Reina Sofía museum, accompanied by volunteers from the foundation, to provide them with an educational, entertaining day away from the screens.
Lisbon
In collaboration with Projeto Retrocas, a visit was organized to the Avincis heliport where volunteers from the Lisbon office accompanied 13 young people to learn how helicopters are maintained.
Lima
A morning of arts and crafts was devoted to 23 participants from Kantaya learning how to create their own designs for caps and tote bags with fabric paint, exploring their creativity and developing practical skills.

In alliance with Banco de Tapitas, a traditional posada was organized for patients and their families, where 15 volunteers delivered toys and other gifts for young people with cancer through games and integration dynamics.
Santo Domingo
Our volunteers from the Dominican Republic organized a meeting with 70 young people from the Fundación Abriendo Camino, under the dynamic “Afternoon of Stars”. The young people dressed up as their favorite actors and a prize was awarded to the best costume.
