Ready for the Future
Objective
Helping Fundación Exit’s youth improve their communication skills to handle public speaking through storytelling.
Solution
In collaboration with Fundación Exit, we developed an engaging training session divided into two parts:
- A theoretical session to teach storytelling techniques and provide tips to enhance communication skills.
- A practical session where participants applied their learning in a real-life public speaking scenario.
Six volunteers from the Barcelona office acted as mentors, guiding small groups during the practical segment. The young participants were highly motivated and eager to learn, leaving the session with new skills and a sense of accomplishment.
Being part of the Fundación Exit family, even for just a few hours, was an unforgettable experience. We opened our office doors to young people full of stories who had incredible potential to express their determination to grow and succeed. Together, we worked on crafting impactful messages and presenting their strengths to talent recruiters, competition panels, and even family members! This initiative left a lasting impression on our team, brought us closer, and allowed us to share our knowledge with youth ready to launch their careers. Here’s to many more successes together.
