Future Voices

Objective

Empowering children and adolescents at risk of social exclusion.

Solution

Recognizing young people’s challenges and the importance of communication in their development, Fundación LLYC launched its first global initiative: Voces Futuras. This project aims to support underprivileged youth in all the countries where we operate, helping them develop communication skills to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Our goal is to drive social change through innovative approaches rooted in communication, reflecting our corporate purpose. Voces Futuras is a long-term initiative designed to tackle global challenges by enhancing young people’s soft skills in communication. Over several years, the program seeks to create measurable, scalable, and direct positive impacts.

To bring this project to life, we partnered with social organizations in various countries where the project was implemented. These partners include Fundación Cimientos (Argentina), Christel House (Mexico), Fundación Pere Tarrés (Barcelona), Fundación Magnolia (Colombia), LAB XXI (Ecuador), Fundación Tomillo (Madrid), Niña Valiente (Peru), Transición a la Vida (Panama), Associação Cova do Mar (Portugal), and Fundación La Merced (Dominican Republic).

Impact

Enhancing the communication and interpersonal skills of young people around the globe.

Being a project leader for Fundación LLYC’s first global initiative has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The volunteers shared their passion and commitment with the participants, who walked away from the project feeling empowered and much more confident about their futures.
