Future Voices II
Objective
Empowering young people in vulnerable situations by providing communication tools and soft skills.
Solution
Through Future Voices, we help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in the countries where we operate, equipping them with communication skills to approach their professional futures with confidence.
In 2021, our ten participating offices provided tailored training sessions that addressed the specific needs of each collaborating social organization. These sessions focused on crafting impactful messages, mastering nonverbal communication, and creating compelling storytelling techniques.
This initiative was made possible through partnerships with social organizations in each country, including Fundación Ruta 40 (Argentina), SERAJ (Mexico), ASFAP-Associação das Famílias do Pecém (Brazil), SIP (Chile), Hogar Nueva Granada (Colombia), Fe y Alegría (Ecuador), Fundación Tomillo (Spain), Centro TAGUA (Panama), Fundación MIR (Dominican Republic), and Camillus House (USA).
Impact
Seventy volunteers have mentored 200 young people across 10 countries.
